Meghana Raj on remarrying rumours after husband Chiranjeevi Sarja’s passing

On June 7th, 2020 Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away due to a fatal heart attack. Widowed actor Meghana Raj has been dealing with the loss since. Recently rumoured sparked about Meghana remarrying after her husband’s death.

In her fifth month of pregnancy, she lost her husband and has never spoken up about rumours that began since, until now. She broke her silence and said, "There is a group of people who advise me to get married. There is also a group of people who say you should be happy with your son. So, who should I listen to?" She further added, "Chiranjeevi always said that no matter what the world says, listen to your heart. I haven’t asked myself that question about marriage yet. One thing Chiru left behind was the way a person should live. So I don’t think about what will happen tomorrow. Or never think what my life will be like after a couple of days.”

Meghana tied the knot to Chiran on the 2nd of May, 2018. They were dating for ten years before getting married. They have a baby boy named Ramayan Raj Sarja who will soon turn two years old. Meghana has recently resumed work with the upcoming film ‘Budhivanta 2’ and is also a judge on a reality dance show for television.
