With some really intriguing projects in the works, the Malayalam superstar is now prepared to take his career in a completely new direction. Due to the back-to-back box office misses of his most recent theatrical movies, Aaraattu and Monster, the seasoned actor is currently going through a difficult period in his performing career. Mohanlal announces his next with Lijo Jose
In discussing his next collaboration with filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery, the actor expressed his delight. The actor shared the news on his Twitter with his followers, writing that he was "delighted" to work with Lijo, whose medium-budget extravaganza Jallikattu was selected as India's official entry for the Oscars. Mohanlal’s lineup of upcoming projects
According to reports, Mohanlal will portray the wrestler Chembothu Simon in the movie, which would be extensively shot in places throughout Kerala, Rajasthan, and Andhra Pradesh. Mohanlal will join the production of L2 Empuraan, the Prithviraj Sukumaran-starrer that is a follow-up to their 2019 hit Lucifer, after finishing the untitled movie. Barroz, Shaji Kailas' Alone, the impending MT Vasudevan Nair anthology for Netflix, Vivek Thomas' untitled film, Tinu Pappachan's untitled film, and the multilingual Vrushabha are among his other projects. He has also teamed up with Kumbalangi Nights director Madhu C Narayan for his next.
