One of India's most sought-after filmmakers right now is Lokesh Kanagaraj. 'Leo' is now being worked on by the filmmaker and Thalapathy Vijay. Excitement for the film is growing daily. Now, rumours abound that the producers intend to split the movie into two parts, with production on the second portion set to begin in 2025. It's interesting that the creators haven't verified anything yet.

These days, many films have sequels, including ‘Kaithi 2,’ ‘Chandramukhi 2,’ ‘Indian 2,’ ‘Indian 3,’ and ‘Captain Miller 2.’ It now appears that Vijay will also be acting in a second installment of his own film for the first time in his acting career. However, 'Leo 2', if it happens at all, will take at least a few years to complete because Vijay has already committed to the films 'Thalapathy 68', directed by Venkat Prabhu, and 'Thalapathy 69', directed by Atlee.
Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Gautham Menon, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Joju George, Mathew Thomas, Sandy, Priya Anand, Vasanthi, Babu Antony, and Action King Arjun all appear in the film 'Leo.' Anirudh composes music for the film. The movie will premiere on October 19, 2023.
In addition, Lokesh Kanagaraj will be directing Superstar Rajinikanth in 'Thalaivar 171,' Karthi in 'Kaithi 2,' and Prabhas in a Telugu movie from Mythri Movie Makers. Since all of his next films will fall under the LCU, there is a chance that characters will cross over, and Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Suriya, Karthi, Vijay Sethupathi, and Fahadh Faasil may one day work together.
