In her forthcoming movie ‘Kushi’, Samantha Ruth Prabhu will appear on screen alongside Vijay Deverakonda. Recently, the co-stars who are currently filming for the Shiva Nirvana-directed movie were sighted at a temple in Draksharama, Andhra Pradesh. Samantha and Vijay were allegedly filming a puja scene for ‘Kushi’. Soon after, a video showing the pair inside the temple grounds appeared online, catching the attention of social media users. Samantha and Vijay were seen in the video dressed in traditional garb. However, Samantha's bridal avatar in crimson red caught everyone's attention.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda are seen in the tweet-captured video attending a Homa ritual inside the temple. Vijay wore an off-white sherwani with a pair of dhotis, while Samantha looked stunning in a vivid red saree. They appeared to be completing a wedding ritual while being surrounded by other cast and staff members who were all dressed in pious apparel. The shoot for ‘Kushi’ is nearing its conclusion and is anticipated to be finished in a few days. Although Kushi was scheduled to open sooner, the movie was postponed after Samantha Ruth Prabhu had to briefly interrupt the filming schedule due to a health issue. For the uninitiated, Samantha has myositis, an autoimmune disease. Last year, ‘Kushi’ was partially filmed in Kashmir's cold surroundings.
