Ram Charan and filmmaker Shankar are now filming ‘Game Changer’, which is being produced by Dil Raju, with Kiara Advani rejoin Ram Charan on-screen following their last film ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ in 2019.
According to rumours, Ram Charan may potentially have a key cameo role in the S Shankar-Kamal Haasan film ‘Indian 2’. The details of the part, as well as any formal confirmation of the appearance, have yet to be published, but if Ram does share the screen with a renowned actor like Kamal Haasan, it will be an incredible pleasure to witness.

‘Indian 2’ is the sequel to S Shankar and Kamal Haasan's previous collaboration, Indian, which was released in 1996. Kamal Haasan played both the father and the son in the film. The plot revolved around the deeds of an ex-freedom warrior turned vigilante known as Indian. The character would pronounce judgment on anyone who was corrupt and would seek to purge the country of all corrupt acts.
The film was a box office smash, starring Nedumudi Venu, Sukanya, Manisha Koirala, and Urmila Matondkar. The sequel, which will be released nearly 27 years after the original instalment, will follow the tale of the same protagonist, portrayed by Kamal Haasan himself.
Indian 2 already boasts a large ensemble that includes Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, and many more celebrities. The film is set to be released in theatres around Pongal in 2024.
RRR's Ram Charan was most recently seen in the ‘Koratala Siva’-directed film ‘Acharya,’ with his father, Megastar Chiranjeevi. The film did not generate the desired amount of excitement, although it did gain some notice, especially given Ram Charan's success with ‘RRR.’
The actor's latest buzz is the S Shankar film ‘Game Changer,’ which is approaching completion and has rumours of its first track being released shortly. ‘Jigarthanda’ filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj wrote the script for the film, which is supposed to be a political action thriller. Shankar's directorial debut in Telugu is also highlighted by this film.
