Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022), starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role, has been getting a positive response from the audience ever since its release. The film has already been declared a blockbuster hit by Mahesh Babu's fans. However, the filmmakers are receiving heat from certain people for hurting their religious sentiments.

Director Parasuram recently visited Simhachalam Narasimha Swamy temple and the reason for his visit was not only to seek blessings. But he also apologized to the devotees for a controversial dialogue in his film Sarkaru Vaari Paata.

The dialogue that created the controversy was said by antagonist Samuthirakani in the film. Apparently, the villain compares himself to Lord Narasimha which hurt the sentiments of the devotees.

The dialogue goes like, "Do you have any idea why Lord Narasimha is covered in sandalwood paste? Because the average person can't stand his 'Ugra Rupam' (extreme form). You can't stand my wildest version, either”.

Parasuram has already clarified that he himself is a devotee and therefore, he did not mean to hurt anyone's feelings.
