The pandemic has totally affected everyone in the world and the entertainment industry as well. But it has kickstarted its journey on a very positive note at the start of the new year. “Waltair Veerayya” and “Veera Simha Reddy” both the films did well in January, while “Pathaan” was a huge success in Bollywood. January was a successful month for films, whereas February will be more successful as the Tollywood film industry has a flood of releases. The majority of February’s new release films are moderately budgeted films. Films stars like Kalyan Ram, Sundeep Kishan, Kiran Abbavaram, Suhaas, and Samantha will participate in the competition.
There will be three Tollywood movies opening on the same weekend. On February 3rd, the film Michael will be released in theatres, Sundeep Kishan’s pan-Indian film. In addition, Suhaas’s new film “Writer Padmanabham” will also open on the same day.
Kalyan Ram’s show ‘Bimbisara’ was a huge success, and now his upcoming film, “Amigos,” is making a lot of buzz. The movie will release on February 10th, and he plays three roles (dopplegangers). The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, a leading studio. On the same day, “Popcorn,” starring Avika Gor and Sai Ronak, will also hit the theatres.
Samantha and Gunasekhar are associated with a film called “Shaakuntalam,” a mythological fantasy pan-Indian film. This movie opens on February 17th, and Dhanush’s bilingual film “Sir” will also debut on the same day. Kiran Abbavaram also has high expectations from “Vinaro Bhagyam Vishnu Katha,” which will also release on the same day.
