Fahad Faasil promises a new side of his character Bhanwar Singh in Pushpa: The Rule; saying ‘You just met him, you haven’t discovered him’

Fahadh Faasil is one actor who is seen doing films in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam industries. His performances are critically acclaimed and are currently the fans’ favorite. He has delivered outstanding performances in films like Irul, Joji, Trance, C U Soon, Kumbalangi Nights, and many more. He was a part of one of the recent blockbuster hits Pushpa: The Rise where played the role of antagonist. In the sequel to the movie, Pushpa Fahadh will reprise his character from Pushpa. In an interview, Fahadh discussed the development of his Pushpa: The Rule character, Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat.

The Pan-India star said, “In Pushpa, you have just met Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. You haven’t discovered him. There is so much to learn and discover about him. That was just a teaser. As far as Pushpa is concerned, people have just met him. You are going to experience him in the next part. Everything you will see about him will be new. He is not where you left him. He is prepared now. Wait for it!”

In fact, Fahadh wasn't even intended to be in the movie. The character was originally intended to be the antagonist of the second movie, but director Sukumar opted at the last minute to introduce him in part 1. Fahad revealed, “My character was supposed to come in the second part. One morning Sukumar sir (the director) called me and said, ‘I want to give a teaser’. I was initially to do one scene which eventually became two and a half scenes. I have not done a character like that, a whacky character.”

Meanwhile, Fahadh Faasil has too many projects in his line up which include Mammannan featuring Keerthy Suresh, Paattu with Nayanthara, Paachuvum Albuthavilakkum, Mahesh Narayan’s Sherlock, and many more. The actor also starred in the box-office record-breaking film Vikram which starred Vijay Sethupathi and Kamal Haasan.
