Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who is now on hiatus from filming, recently released a series of photographs from a shoot that appear to have sparked interest on social media. The cause of this is the actress's former spouse, Naga Chaitanya. Fans of the duo were recently excited when rumours circulated that the two stars were preparing to reunite. Her new images, however, put an end to it, as several of them noticed the missing tattoo.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu had inscribed 'Chay' (short for Naga Chaitanya) on the right side of her ribs for the uninitiated, which is now vanished from the area. In a series of images released on social media by the Kushi singer, she is seen wearing a pink saree with a matching top and striking various positions, which is when admirers discovered the missing tattoo. On the one hand, followers couldn't stop raving about her beauty and dropping fire and heart emoticons to convey their love for her, while others inquired about the missing tattoo.

'Where's the tattoo?' inquired a few. The tattoo is believed to be visible on the rib cage and was spotted by several when the actress attended the ‘Citadel’ premiere.
Samantha Ruth Prabhu got the tattoo in 2019 as a love devotion to her then-husband Naga Chaitanya. The pair, who had been dating for years, married in a lavish wedding in Goa in 2017 in front of family and friends. However, they declared their divorce in 2021 owing to irreconcilable disagreements. While there are rumours that Naga Chaitanya is presently dating actress Sobhita Dhulipala, it was recently reported that Samantha and Chaitanya are preparing to reunite. However, based on the most recent post and the absence of the ordinarily apparent tattoo, it appears that Chay Sam fans are in for another severe letdown.
