'Adipurush,' directed by Om Raut, has stirred up debate like never before. The crucial characters of Raghava (Lord Ram), Janaki (Sita), and Lankesh (Raavan) in 'Adipurush' are played by Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan. Particular criticism directed towards Manoj Muntashir has been focused on the film's subpar dialogue.

On 'Adipurush,' memes have been circulated, and the movie has even been urged for a ban. And now Prem Sagar, the son of Ramamand Sagar, has responded once more to Om Raut's rendition of the Ramayan.

The epic 'Ramayana,' which is now a significant component of nostalgia, was created in 1987–1988 by the legendary filmmaker, producer, writer, and editor Ramanand Sagar. It influenced millions of people's childhoods nationwide. Prem Sagar hasn't seen the film, but he has seen portions and is unhappy with how 'Adipurush' was made.

In a recent interview with a news outlet, Prem Sagar questions why Manoj Muntashir came up with such discussions given that he is quite knowledgeable about Hinduism. He claims that they believed the younger generation would enjoy it, which they were mistaken about.

He claims that the producers of the Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan movie cannot engage the public in this way. Prem Sagar advises that the creators should not indicate that the work is based on the Valmiki Ramayan. He requests that they rename it and turn it into a fantasy movie. According to Prem Sagar, who is cited by an entertainment news website, one cannot create Ramayan and offend people's sensibilities in such a way given how devotedly they observe it.

The director claims that during the ongoing 'Adipurush' controversy, he had contact with Sunil Lahri. He believes there is an issue. Additionally, he criticised the idea that Ravan was ignorant and that Lanka was made of gold. He also criticised Raavan's ten heads for their modernism.

Even Arun Govil, who played Lord Ram in Ramanand Sagar's Ramayan, criticised 'Adipurush' yesterday, calling it a 'Hollywood Ki Cartoon.' Additionally, Mukesh Khanna referred to it as a risky prank on Ramayan. 'Adipurush' is receiving criticism from all quarters. In response to criticism, Om Raut stated that 'Adipurush' is merely a portion of the Ramayan and not the full book.
