The much-anticipated movie ‘Adipurush’, which stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and others, has recently been at the center of a dispute over its dialogue and how it shows the story of the Ramayana. Even though it did very well at the box office its first weekend, the movie has gotten a lot of bad press on social media.

People on the Internet are unhappy with how the great story of Ramayana is told in ‘Adipurush’. They have said a lot of bad things about the movie, from the speech being "tapori" (slang) to Saif Ali Khan playing Lankesh (Ravana).

In the middle of all the trouble, a video has gone popular of a Shree Maan Amogh Lila Prabhu giving a Pravachan (religious talk) about Raavan and Lanka. In the movie, Shree Maan Amogh Lila Prabhu mentions, "Ghee kis ka - Raavan ka, kapda kiska - Raavan ka, Aag kis ki - Raavan ki, Jaali kis ki - Raavan ki." This part of the religious speech made people think of a line from ‘Adipurush’ that had been criticised before. In the movie, Hanuman says, "Tel tere baap ka. Aag bhi tere baap ki. Toh jalegi bhi tere baap ki." Netizens now say that the people who made ‘Adipurush’ stole the lines from Pravachan.

Netizens are arguing about the video of Shree Maan Amogh Lila Prabhu's Pravachan. Some say that the filmmakers didn't have any ideas and just copied the speech to make a blockbuster. In answer to the backlash, the people who made ‘Adipurush’ said they would change the dialogues that caused trouble. The movie's writer, Manoj Muntashir, took to Twitter to talk about the problem. He wrote about how he felt and admitted that the movie was getting hate and bad press because of a few lines. He told fans that the new lines of speech would be in the movie by the next week.
