Tamil action-thriller film Vivegam, which hit screens on 24th August, completes 50 days of its successful run at the box office on 12th October. Starring Vivek Oberoi , Thala Ajith and Kajal Aggarwal in key roles, the film opened to an outstanding response upon its release and broke many box office records within days of hitting the ticket window.

By minting Rs. 10 by the end of its run in Chennai alone, Vivegam has turned out to be the highest grossers of all-times at the city box office. Even after completing 50 days at the box office, the film has 6 shows in the city.

Made on a moderate budget, Vivegam has pulled in over Rs. 167 crores worldwide. And since the film is still running in some cinemas, it is expected to add some more moolah before wrapping up its run at the box office.

Directed by Siva and produced by Sathya Jyothi Movies, Vivegam has emerged as one of the most successful Tamil films of the year.
