These farmers scare the animals like jackal, wild boars, nilgai and other animals, who have 'invaded' their agricultural land.

The reason behind this is these wild animals usually avoid places where they sense human habitat and playing music creates a feel of human presence in that place so that animals avoid the place. The songs with loud party music and bhajans are played by these farmers.
