Yash Raj Films' next to star Vaani and Ranbir Kapoor?

Hindi tinsel town is buzzing with the news that one of the leading production houses, Yash Raj Films, is planning to produce a film which might feature Ranbir Kapoor and Vaani Kapoor in principal roles. The two actors have never worked together before, so this will mark their very first association on the big screen. Some media outlets also report that Aditya Chopra, the head honcho of Yash Raj Films, has roped in Karan Johar's close friend, Karan Malhotra, to helm the untitled project.

Both Ranbir and Vaani are currently busy with their respective projects. So, they cannot start this film immediately. If all goes well, Karan will take the film to the floor only after Ranbir completes Dharma Productions' forthcoming mega-budgeted project, Brahmastra and Vaani finishes her next Yash Raj Films' venture where she joins hands with none other than Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor is awaiting the release of his next film, a biopic on actor Sanjay Dutt. It releases in June on 29th.
