Why Is Shoojit Sircar Angry With 'Vicky Donor' Producers!

Shoojit Sircar congratulated Ranbir Kapoor, Anurag Basu and the entire team of \'Barfi!\' when he came to know that their film \'Barfi!\' was made India\'s official entry for the Oscars 2013. But the director of \'Vicky Donor\', the film that received critical acclaim as well as success at the box office, is quite angry with its producers.

The reason why Shoojit Sircar is upset and angry with the producers of \'Vicky Donor\' is very simple. He is upset that the producers of \'Vicky Donor\' did not even consider sending the film for the jury\'s consideration.

The director said that it came to him as a shock when he learnt from the jury that they have not received the film from Eros for consideration! He must be really disheartened as \'Vicky Donor\' in spite of being a low budget film had been a hit at the box office and had been critically acclaimed as well!

Shoojit Sircar hopes that Eros does not repeat the same mistake in the future with any other film.

\'Vicky Donor\' featuring Ayushman Khurana and Yami Gautam had released in April this year and had been appreciated by the audiences.
