A few days ago, Irrfan Khan revealed that he is diagnosed with a rare disease, NeuroEndocrine Tumour and has headed out of the country for a treatment. We all know that Irrfan was about to start shooting his upcoming film with Deepika Padukone which was to be helmed by Vishal Bhardwaj , but as the actor is going through a bad phase, director Bhardwaj has rescheduled his film. The director took to Twitter and shared that he will restart his much-awaited project once the warrior Irrfan returns as a winner.

He Tweeted, “Irrfan is a warrior and we know he will conquer this battle. Therefore @deepikapadukone, Prernaa (Arora) @kriarj and I have decided to reschedule our film and start with renewed energy and celebration when our warrior returns as a winner.”

The untitled movie is based on a gangster story where Deepika will be seen in a completely different avatar. Irrfan’s role from the movie is still under wraps. It was earlier reported that film was scheduled to commence from March in the regions of Nepal.

A few weeks ago, the director also made it clear that the movie is not about the Mumbai’s lady don – Sapna Didi and they have not even come up with a title yet.
