The talented and dedicated actress Vidya Balan is currently working hard to get back in her previous shape. The newly wed actress is so dedicated towards her work that she fits herself into the role every time she accepts any offer. Vidya whom we have seen having a curvaceous body in ' The Dirty Picture ' strived hard to gain 12 kilos for the role of Silk. Next, she appeared as a bulky pregnant woman in ' Kahaani '. But now she is working out hard to get back her previous shape again. The shining star will get paired in her next with gifted actor and director Farhan Akhtar . Farhan has an athletic body. So now to look perfect on screen opposite Farhaan, Vidya is aiming to shed all the extra weight and flabs.

Every day she works out for minimum 45 minutes which has a combination of Cardio and weight training exercises. Every Day Vidya comes to her parent's house for gymming with her trainer Vilayat Hussain. She is staying in Juhu with her hubby and her parents' house is in Khar. She said that her gymming sessions are non negotiable. But she is not following any strict diet plan. Her meal consists of regular dal, sabzi, chapatti and rice but without oil. She even cut off strictly ice cream and cheese from her diet chart.

Vidya's sincerity towards her work out has already given her fruitful results as she has lost almost 9.5 kilos now. She said that now she has to lose only 2.5 kilos and then she will look perfect for the role. But she also said that she loves her curves and the beautiful actress will not be losing them.
