    Vidya Balan to play three different roles in Begum Jaan

    Vidya Balan will be playing three various iconic characters in upcoming film Begum Jaan.

    Beautiful actress Vidya Balan has always garnered praises for her stellar performances in all of her films till date. She will next feature in a women-centric film Begum Jaan and, she will be seen living in a brothel and becomes a victim of India and Pakistan partition.

    Vidya Balan to play three different roles in Begum Jaan

    Vidya Balan will portray three diverse kinds of roles in Begum Jaan. The actress will be seen playing the iconic characters like Rani Lakshmibai, Razia Sultana and Mirabai. These characters are significant part of the story-line of the film. The designer Ricky Roy is doing a detailed research on that era for designing the costume of Vidya for these roles.

    Set in Punjab, the movie Begum Jaan also features Pallavi Sharda, Gauahar Khan, Ila Arun, Flora Saini, Ridhima Tiwari among others. Begum Jaan is slated to hit the screens in the year 2017.
