    From small screen to the silver screen, the journey of Vidya Balan is literally something, which will make a person to say hats off to her. The female Khan of Bollywood, Vidya Balan has travelled a really long way. After delivering back-to-back hits, Bollywood industry started seeing Vidya as the next big thing. The actress developed a powerhouse performer image.

    The latest news is that Vidya Balan has been selected as one of the Jury member panels for the Cannes Film Festival. This decision has been taken after much deliberation and consideration.

    The 66th Cannes Film Festival would be led by Steven Spielberg, an Oscar winning director. The other jury members of Cannes Film Festival include actor Nicole Kidman, German actor Christoph Waltz, director Ang Lee, Scottish director Lynne Ramsay, French director and actor Daniel Auteuil and Romanian director Christian Mungiu.

    We feel proud to see Vidya Balan as Jury member for such a grand event. We wish her the luck!
