Vidya Balan Needs To Lose Extra Weight for 'Kahaani 2'

Vidya Balan, who plays the protagonist in Sujoy Ghosh\'s \'Kahaani 2\', has been asked by the filmmaker to shed the extra pounds that she has put on during the last few months.
The actress had put on extra weight for her film \'The Dirty Picture\' After the completion and success of the movie, she wanted to get back in shape but had been asked by the director of her upcoming film \'Ghanchakkar\' to retain her weight for the film. But since her character in \'Kahaani 2\' demands her to have more fitter and leaner look, she has been asked to shed off the extra kilos before the commencement of the shooting for the film.
\'Kahaani 2\' is expected to go on the floors in May next year.
