After facing innumerable production delays, Aanand L Rai 's Manmarziyan is finally set to mount the shooting floor in next few months. According to latest reports, the first schedule of the film will be shot across the beautiful city of Kashmir. “The first schedule will be widely shot in Kashmir, in February. Abhishek and the rest of the cast will head to Kashmir and will begin the preparations for that by January. The makers want to capture the snowfall, due to which the first schedule is to be shot in Kashmir,” says a source.

Starring Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu in lead roles, Manmarziyan is being helmed by Anurag Kashyap . It is the first time when Kashyap will be directing a rom-com as he is generally known for making dark and edgy films. Besides, Vicky and Taapsee, the film may also feature Abhishek Bachchan in an important role. Reports were also doing the rounds that Malayalam superstar Dulquer Salmaan will also be seen in the film, but no official confirmation has come out.
