Bollywood fans are eager to see Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor together in one film and a total girl time drama. And the wish turned into reality when the film Veere Di Wedding was put in motion. Fans were indeed super excited to see these uber fashionistas of Bollywood collaborating for a feature film. And as per the latest update from the production, shooting schedule for the film has started already on various locations of Delhi and the region around. And one more quite obvious but not confirmed update is that the film will be an out-and-out comedy, which you have guessed by the kind of title it features!

As the producer of the film Rhea Kapoor stated, “Delhi is a key location. The food, the fashion and everything it has to offer in terms of the lifestyle sector made it the ideal location to shoot Veere Di Wedding.” Whereas Ekta Kapoor, who is also co-producing the this fun-ride said, “Delhi forms an essential part of the narrative of the film and atmosphere adds to the vibe of Veere in a big way! Bebo, Sonam, Swara, and Shikha are going to take Delhi by storm and all of that will translate beautifully onto the screen."

Talking more about the Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania , they revealed that, Veere Di Wedding is a fun ride that explores the spirit of the modern Indian woman. The first schedule will be shot here and will extend for over a month. The film will be directed by Shashanka Ghosh , who have directed Sonam in Khoobsurat and also delivered some of the quirky films like Quick Gun Murugun: Misadventures of an Indian Cowboy and Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II, so we can expect it to be filled with smart comedy!
