Varun claims that he was never offered Rohit Shetty's 'Ram Lakhan'

Actor Varun Dhawan is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Dishoom’ along with actor John Abraham. Varun starred in Rohit Shetty’s directorial venture ‘Dilwale’ also starring Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol in the lead. Since then, there were rumours making rounds that, Varun will be seen in Shetty’s remake of ‘Ram Lakhan’.
Varun DhawanBut, the actor recently chose to clear the air and push aside all the rumours. Varun took to twitter and posted that, “For the record, I have never been offered ‘Ram Lakhan‘. Rohit Shetty has always been one of my favourite directors… I had such a good time doing ‘Dilwale’ with Rohit sir and sincerely hope I get a chance to work with again.”
