Remake and remixing old Bollywood songs in its new interpretation had hits and misses so far. But Bollywood is still eager to try out and reinvent what is already a classic in the history of Bollywood. And as per news suggest, director Suresh Triveni will be recreating the magic of iconic ‘Hawa Hawaii’ from Mr. India in his upcoming film Tumhari Sulu , starring Vidya Balan , Neha Dhupia . It must be a brave idea to take up on such a still iconic soundtrack!

 The song Hawa Hawaii needs no introduction, as every kid from late 80’s and 90’s would reminiscent of this song for its funny, flashy, elaborate set piece and ever so cute and charming Sridevi. It would be interesting to see how it would be recreated and how its legacy is sustained. On such note, Suresh Triveni mention that it would be relevant to the character as Vidya Balan ’s character is a great fan of Sridevi and about aesthetic, he cleared that soul of Hawa Hawaii wouldn’t be compromised and be kept yet it would be reinvented with modern elements.

 Despite being under pressure for recreating such nostalgic song, Vidya Balan and Neha Dhupia would start rehearsing for this song. Though there hasn’t been any news about who would compose this track and when will this song be shot, but for such updates, BollywoodMDB would keep you posted.
