Some of the historical figures from the pre-independence era are still so fascinating that Bollywood would keep coming back with more and more historic dramas. This time around, esteem film maker Hansal Mehta is back with a web series, Bose Dead/Alive, rather than film, which will be based on India's biggest cover-up of Subhash Chandra Bose! The anticipation for this project was hyped when news of young aspiring talent of Bollywood, Rajkumaar Rao was assigned to play role of Netaji. And as pictures of his look for this web series got surface, fans and cine-buffs were intrigued to get first glimpse of it. And now here it is!

Before talking about performance of the cast, the character Netaji Bose was known for being master of disguise; such skills came handy during the time of Indian revolution and mastering quick escape from the British rule. At first the news of Subhash Chandra Bose suffered a plane crash and yet there were many news and theory confirming his existence and being undercover. The mystery still remains as a riddle to everyone in this modern age. The Bose Dead/Alive would be the life story of Subhash Chandra Bose and how he escaped the British spies and also clarify the mystery around his flee and rumoured death in plane crash!
