    Theatrical Trailer of Akshay Kumar-Sonakshi Sinha Starrer 'Joker' Is Out

    The official theatrical trailer of Shirish Kunder's much anticipated comedy drama fantasy adventure film ‘Joker’ was unveiled by the makers a day prior to its scheduled date.

    The official theatrical trailer of Shirish Kunder 's much anticipated comedy drama fantasy adventure film ' Joker ' was unveiled by the makers a day prior to its scheduled date.

    The movie stars Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha , the hit 'jodi' of ' Rowdy Rathore ' and is the second directorial venture of Shirish Kunder . ' Joker ' has been produced jointly by UTV Motion Pictures , Three's Company & Hari Om Entertainment Company .

    Akshay has played the role of a NASA scientist Agasthya. His character's name is the same as he had in Shirish Kunder 's directorial debut film ' Jaan-E-Mann '. Sonakshi plays his wife's role.

    ' Joker ' is a story set in a remote village called Paglapur that does not find a place on the map of India. Akshay and Sonakshi return to the village from abroad and Akshay wants to bring development to Paglapur.

    ' Joker ' also stars Shreyas Talpade and Minissha Lamba and is expected to release on August 31, 2012. Minissha has been cast opposite Shreyas and has portrayed the role of a journalist.

    Interestingly, during her college days, her ambition was to become a journalist but she started her acting career with Shoojit Sircar 's ' Yahaan '.
