Akshay Kumar has been teasing his fans and all Bollywood fandom in general about his upcoming film Toilet: Ek Prem Katha , with pictures taken with his co-star Bhumi Pednekar and odd enough desi commode, which is quirky and intriguing enough to keep the audience captivated about his film. And the wait and type of anticipation were worth it!

The trailer starts with Keshav’s willingness to get married and live a happy life while dealing with his astrological standpoint. Meanwhile, he also met his girl of the dream, Jaya ( Bhumi Pednekar ), fell in love and eventually got married. Before their love story could blossom even more, Jaya got face-to-face with a not-so-romantic situation, where Mathura village seems to be okay with the concept of open defecation, but Jaya wasn’t!

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is about Keshav and Jaya’s rebel against superstition and corruption and spreading awareness on the downside of open defecation and building well-functioning toilets. The depicted in satirical rom-com’ish style under the direction of Shree Narayan Singh , which definitely seems promising to entertain. And since the entertainment king Akshay Kumar is on board, it would sure to entertain, while making a social message come across!

Besides Akshay Kumar , Bhumi Pednekar will be delivering a spectacular performance, then what we have seen previously in her last hit Dum Laga Ke Haisha, where she played a stern but reserved character. And besides such leading cast, narration also carried well by supporting cast of Divyendu Sharma, Sudhir Pandey, Shubha Khote and Anupam Kher.
