The trailer and poster of ‘ Welcome To New York ’ might be full of puns and humour but the latest track from the film is just heart touching. Sony Music India released the first song ‘Ishtehaar’ from Diljit Dosanjh and Sonakshi Sinha ’s WTNY and we are surprised to see the legendary, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan , giving soulful voice in the comedy film. The track is called ‘Ishtehaar’, and the lyrics are just soothing and heart touching. The mesmerizing voice of the singer took the chemistry of the two actors to another level and was enough to give you the chills. The music has been composed by Shamir Tandon with lyrics penned by Charanjeet Charan and singer Dhvani Bhanushali managed to mark the female voice despite singing opposite the legend himself.

Talking about the film, ‘ Welcome To New York ’ is a heartfelt, rib-tickling comedy that tells the story of two unlikely youngsters living in India in search of a better life for themselves. An unexpected trip to New York City sets them off on a comedic adventure that changes their lives forever.

Helmed by Chakri Toleti , the multi-starrer film also stars Karan Johar , Lara Dutta , Boman Irani , Riteish Deshmukh , Sushant Singh Rajput and many more. Made under the banner of Vashu Bhagnani ’s Pooja Entertainment, the star-studded first of kind comedy 3D will hit the screens on 23rd February.
