His movie ‘ Judwaa 2 ’ is running successfully worldwide and has just crossed the 200 crores mark, a feat which only ‘ Toilet Ek Prem Katha ’ could manage to achieve this year. The actor who recently shared the glimpse of his new Juhu house will only move in there once he wraps up the shoot of his upcoming movie ‘ October ’ in Delhi, directed by Shoojit Sircar . This will be the first time that actor is joining hands with the renowned director who is known for his content-driven cinema.

Varun these days is busy shooting in Delhi for Sircar’s upcoming movie opposite newcomer Banita Sandhu. According to the sources, the actor who has been living with his parents since his birth will soon move into his new Juhu pad once he wraps the shoot for the hotly anticipated film. As the movie is expected to wrap up around the end of next month, Varun will move into his new house in December this year. Interestingly, Varun’s friend and co-star Alia Bhatt also shifted to her new place early this year.
