It was cine-collaboration every Bollywood buff been waiting for, ever since it was announced that it is happening! There are only few Bollywood Jodis in the recent time that made its own fan base with a single film performance. And one of such pairing was of Ayushman Khurana and Bhumi Pednekar with an unlikely romantic film Dum Laga Ke Haisha, back in 2015. Everyone was waiting for the one movie where these two beloved actors would come together for a romantic film. And finally we get a glimpse of Shubh Mangal Saavdhan , a film produced by Aanand L Rai and directed by R S Prasanna. And though it is just a teaser, but it will give you the idea of how this film would be.

The teaser starts with quirky narration of human evolution of men and women with the help of pop-art sticker style figures, to get the idea across. And also how lead characters, Sugandha and Mudit, who aren’t either hot or cool in any manner. As far as we could predict, it would be a quirky rom-com with more entertaining story like their previous film.

It is also a worthy collaboration as Aanand L Rai is also known best for making films based on quirky storyline and compiling most unlikely to be paired Jodi in his films. So it would be interesting to see how this collaboration would work out. And fortunately for the fans, the film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan would be released on 1st September this year and trailer for the film would be soon out.
