Tapsee Pannu was already an established actress in South, but with last year’s courtroom drama Pink, her career has reached the next level. We remember her as the feisty woman standing in the witness box, but now the time has come to switch her role. Reportedly, she will be playing a lawyer in Abhinay Deo ’s next.

As per a source close to the film’s unit, Taapsee has signed this upcoming courtroom drama. She is quite excited about this project and will be starting the preparations a month before the film goes on the floor. It is presently under the pre-production process. Makers have begun their hunt for the male lead, till Taapsee completes her Judwaa 2 shoot.

Going by her Instagram post, Taapsee is out on short vacation to Norway. Post which, she will be heading to Portugal to shoot a song with her Judwaa 2 co-stars Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Meanwhile, director Abhinay Deo has just finished the shooting of Irrfan Khan and Kirti Kulhari starrer Raita. Working both in television and films, he has earlier helmed the popular projects like Delhi Belly, Force 2 and 24 series.
