    Sushmita Sen to open fitness studio called Inhale

    Sushmita Sen will soon start a fitness studio called 'Inhale'. The actress will be promoting the fitness concept of 'Aerial Silk' in her studio.

    Even though the former beauty queen Sushmita Sen is not seen these days on the silver screen, the actress is in news once again for a different reason. Reportedly, the sensational Sushmita Sen is soon going to start her fitness studio called 'Inhale'.

    By opening this fitness studio, Sushmita Sen intends to promote a brand new fitness concept 'Aerial Silk'. Sen revealed that the studio will have 11 teachers and there will be 12 students in each batch. And the studio will have no equipments, as told by Sushmita. How to train with one's own body weight will be the taught by the fitness sessions in this studio. The main purpose of this is to reduce the dependence on the machines with this new method.

    Sushmita stated that Aerial Silk has no similarity with yoga, aerobics or pilates. It's the compilation of various beneficial things like ballet, kalaripayattu, dancing, etc.
