The buzz is that the handsome TV actor Sushant Singh Rajput who successfully morphed himself from small screen to the silver screen has bagged a role in veteran director Abhishek Kapoor 's next project.

Sushant was launched by Abhishek Kapoor in his directorial venture ' Kai Po Che ' which was based on famous author Chetan Bhagat 's novel 'The Three Mistakes Of My Life'. The film received rave reviews from the critics and Sushant's performance in this film won accolades from one and all. And now Abhishek who is fondly addressed as Gattu by his dear ones, has again roped in the talented actor for his next directorial venture.

The yet to be titled project will be widely shot in Kashmir. The film will be a romantic flick , the genre in which Abhishek has not ventured yet. The reports also say that the story of the film is inspired from renowned writer Charles Dickens' cult classic 'Great Expectations'. The movie is likely to be produced by Ekta Kapoor . Besides Sushant, the casting for other characters of the film has not been done yet.

The film may commence the shooting by October end.
