    Superstar Rajnikanth to achieve Centenary Award at IFFI

    International Film Festival of India 2014 will be felicitating superstar Rajnikanth with the Centenary Award on November 20 in Goa.

    The 45th International Film Festival of India will mark its advent, felicitating superstar Rajinikanth with the Centenary Award for Indian Film Personality of the Year. This prestigious event will occur in presence of the Chief Guest Amitabh Bachchan .

    Newly-appointed Minister of Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore confirmed the news, saying that IFFI 2104 will provide opportunities to showcase the variety of the festival in various formats to facilitate co-operation in the film sector.

    IFFI 2014 will also be paying homage to Zohra Sehgal , Suchitra Sen , Robin Willaims, Richard Attenborough and Farooq Sheikh by screening their respective films
