Earlier, it was reported that Sunny Deol will be shooting his next movie in Benaras, UP in coming months. But now there is some change in plan. The film will now be shot in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Director Anil Sharma stated that the decision was taken due to the on-going Kumbh Mela in Allahabad, UP. They had planned to shoot in Varanasi and Allahabad in January and February but the dates clashed with that of the Sacred Kumbh. With hoards of people pouring into the holy place it would have been difficult for them to shoot. Also with government striving hard to manage the flow of people at the occasion, to have security for the crew would have been wrong on their part. Moreover, Bhopal is used for shootings. But he also hoped that after finishing in Bhopal they may reconsider shooting in Varanasi.

The movie Starring Sunny Deol is titled 'Singh Sahab The Great'.
