After acquiring success in the anti-war blockbuster ' Border ' in the year 1997, the renowned filmmaker J. P. Dutta is planning to arrive with the sequel of the film. The rowdy star Sunny Deol essayed a key role in the predecessor. And, as per the latest news update, Sunny Deol will also be starring in a significant role in the sequel of the movie.

One of the official spokespersons of the filmmaker verified the news mentioning that though Sunny has been chosen to enact the pivotal role in the film, the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized. The official announcement will take place only after zeroing on the entire star cast of the film. If the sources are to be believed, Sunny Deol will not be shown as a Sikh in this second installment of the film.

' Border ' (1997) was based on India-Pakistan war of 1971 and it featured Sunny Deol , Suniel Shetty , Jackie Shroff , Akshaye Khanna , Tabu , Puneet Issar , Pooja Bhatt , Raakhee and kulbhushan Kharbanda .
