Sunil Grover to play parallel lead to Akshay Kumar

Comedian Sunil Grover recently attracted attentions due to his exit from the popular 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' show. Grover gained national popularity with this role of him, which was loved by one and all. As per the buzz, a rival channel will see Grover hosting his own comedy show.

Although he rose to fame from the small screen, it seems Grover now wants to make it big on the silver screen. If sources are to be believed, Sunil Grover is going to essay a prominent role in the upcoming film 'Gabbar Is Back' by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The movie features Akshay Kumar and Shruti Haasan in the lead roles, while Grover will be seen playing the parallel lead. A close source said that "Only the monetary negotiations remain. He has been signed as Sunil and not as Gutthi."
