As the sequels of Bollywood oldies are budding everywhere, many cinema-goers may also know that one more sequel is in the wing and it is of the blockbuster ' Border ', a super hit of the year 1997. The original film ' Border ' starred Sunny Deol , Akshaye Khanna and Suniel Shetty in prominent roles. Recently, it was disclosed that the macho man Sunny Deol is also going to star in the sequel.

Reportedly, J. P. Dutta , who directed the predecessor, has roped in Suniel Shetty for the next installment. The director confirmed the news saying that Suniel will be featuring in the sequel, as making a film without Suniel is impossible. Dutta also admitted to share a great comfort level with the actor.

J. P. Dutta expressed his views on coming up with this sequel. He said that he intended to make a war movie and while going through the armed forces history and the Battle of Shakargarh Bulge seemed interesting. Hence, the director thought of showcasing the story on the celluloid. Dutta is confident about the success of this sequel, just like the film ' Border ' garnered it in the year 1997.
