The details of superstar Shah Rukh Khan ’s next film has been revealed. Fans will be delighted to know that the actor’s next will be a war film. The film will revolve around one of India’s most successful and bold operations in West Africa known as the Operation Khukri. It was a rescue operation to free hundreds of Indian soldiers who were confined by rebels in Sierra Leone.

Shah Rukh Khan ’s Red Chillies Entertainment is taking up this project in association with Azure Entertainment. It is said to be one of the most expensive product taken up by SRK’s company. Everyone at Red Chillies is excited for this project and the research work has begun.

Shooting will take place on real locations and with Shah Rukh’s company being backing the project, VFX will definitely make the film a spectacular one! The makers have planned to resume shooting later this year. Now, the script and other aspects are being developed.

Apartt from this film, SRK will be also seen in Imtiaz Ali’s next with Anushka Sharma and Aanand L. Rai’s upcoming venture.
