Iconic actress Sridevi has once again enamoured her fans with a rivetingly engrossing performance in her recent release Mom. The film, which hit screens on 7th July, has received an overwhelming response from critics and the audience too has given its thumbs up to it. Besides her power packed performance in Mom, the actress is also in news for the remake of her cult classic film Mr. India . Her husband and producer Boney Kapoor has even confirmed that Mr. India 2 will definitely happen.

But keeping Mr. India’s sequel aside, if we talk about remakes, Sridevi has one of her favourite films she wants to see the remake of. When recently the seasoned actress was asked about which of her films she wants to see a remake of, she replied, "I think Chalbaaz will make for a great remake now."

When the legendary actress was asked who she would like to see play her role from the film, she said, "Alia would fit the role perfectly. She is spontaneous and an extremely natural actor. She can look vulnerable, innocent and at the same time, she can be smart and mischievous too."

We just hope some filmmaker reads this news and announces a remake of Chalbaaz with feisty Alia Bhatt .
