Sridevi’s Mom plans to hit theatres a week earlier

To all the Sridevi’s fans, there’s a good news. Reportedly, her upcoming film Mom has prepone its release date from 14th July to 7th July 2017.

The reason cited for this shift, are the three big films – Jagga Jasoos, Chef and Haseena, releasing on July 14. Therefore, to avoid the clash, Mom makers have readjusted the release date to July 7. Now, it will be the only film releasing in the first week of July. Also, Tiger Shroff’s Munna Micheal has postponed its release for the same reason. It will be now releasing on July 21.

Getting to see Mom a week in advance will surely be a treat for all the Sridevi’s fans out there. Plus, with no major competition, the film is expected to perform well at the box-office.

Directed by Ravi Udyawar, Mom also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui in an antagonist role.
