Fan fever of Bollywood stars has crossed the bars of our country. This is rightly proved by the latest progression of Sridevi starrer ' English Vinglish ' which marched its step towards Japan with its release on June 28 in across 33 screens. Less did the makers knew that the story of an Indian housewife will be liked so much by the Japanese audience that now they have to increase the film's screening in 17 more theatres. Thus, making the total screen count sum up to 50 across 20 cities in Japan.

Overwhelmed by this Japanese gesture, Sridevi thanked director Gauri Shinde for making such a beautiful film. And it's not just in Japan, but Korea, Germany and Taiwan are also equally impressed by ' English Vinglish '.

Earlier, Aamir Khan 's ' 3 Idiots ' got the blockbuster response in the Japanese theatres. And now it's Sridevi 's ' English Vinglish ' to attain that mark.

Must say, better days are ahead for Bollywood's women centric films!
