    Sonam Kapoor to feature in 'Dolly Ki Doli'

    The starlet Sonam Kapoor will be playing the lead in Arbaaz Khan's next 'Dolly Ki Doli'. Sonam will be essaying a spunky North Indian girl in the flick.

    Post the blockbuster ' Dabangg 2 ', Arbaaz Khan is heading towards his next outing. With an intention to take his home banner to the next level, Arbaaz Khan is coming up with his next, which will be a women-centric movie.

    Going by the latest reports, the starlet Sonam Kapoor has been signed to essay the lead role. 'Dolly Ki Doli' will be the title of the film and this will be the directorial venture of the debut director Abhishek Dogra. In this flick, Sonam will be portraying a spunky North Indian girl called Dolly. Talking about casting Sonam as the female lead, Arbaaz said that "We wanted a girl who can do justice to the character. I'm happy to have Sonam onboard. When we narrated the script to her, she admitted that she could instantly identify with Dolly."

    The movie is anticipated to start rolling by January 2014. It is expected to be filmed majorly in North region. Three prominent characters will be playing important roles in the film and the casting is on yet. The filmmaker Arbaaz said that the film will be basically a quirky drama with a humorous side to it.
