Sonam Kapoor starrer 'Khoobsurat' remake to release on September 19

The 1980\'s romantic comedy \'Khubsoorat\' by Hrishikesh Mukherjee is soon coming up with its remake version and it is making rounds in B-Town. The remake of this classic has retained its original title and is co-produced by Anil Kapoor Film Company and Disney India.

\'Khoobsurat\' remake features Sonam Kapoor, who will play the role of Mili, a lively beauty who brings a drastic change in the life of a royal family. Rekha played the role of Mili in the original film. The other star cast of the original included Dina Pathak, Rakesh Roshan and Ashok Kumar.

Going by the latest news reports, the wholesome entertainer \'Khoobsurat\' will hit the screens on September 19. This remake is the directorial venture of Shashank Ghosh. The movie will star Kiron Kher, Ratna Pathak, Fawad Khan and Amir Raza Hussain.
