Sonakshi Sinha steps forward for the strays

After Aishwarya Rai and John Abraham its \'Shot Gun\' junior Sonakshi Sinha who has stepped forward to lend her support to \'PETA- People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals\'. But this time around Sona would not be promoting anti-hunting or vegetarian campaigns, as did by the above celebs. Rather, Sona would be seen appealing people to adopt a stray.

After recent successes coming from the \'Dabangg\' series, \'Rowdy Rathore\' and \'Lootera\' has already built up enough fan base for the actress to transform into a star. As we say the shining sparks are never missed, so is Sona\'s spark to lure the audiences.

Reportedly, this has been the only motive of the organization to come up with Sonakshi to campaign for the stray dogs and cats. The campaign showcasing Sona has been out few days prior to the \'International Homeless Animals Day\'. The print advertisement showcases Sonakshi sitting with a stray dog named Bambi and the copy interprets \''Envision a World Without Homeless Dogs and Cats. Adopt a dog or cat from an animal shelter, and always get your animal companions sterilized\'\'.

Now that\'s a fresh thought coming all the way from the Gen-next star. We hope that the social cause of this beauty becomes a \'trend\' such as her styling.
