Sonakshi Sinha revealed that she is not playing a Pakistani Journalist in Noor!

The Akira star Sonakshi Sinha will be next seen in her upcoming film Noor. The roots of the film are dipped in the book 'Karachi, You're Killing Me'. There were rumours and speculations that Sonakshi will essay the role of a Pakistani journalist. But, the actress cleared the air and said that she is not playing a Pakistani journalist and, the plot has been adapted into a Mumbai backdrop.
In a recent media interaction, Sonakshi said, “All I can say is that I am not playing a Pakistani journalist in the film. The film is based on a book, which is written by a Pakistani author. The story has been adapted into a Mumbai backdrop.”
Noor is all set to hit the silver screens on April 7, 2017.
