Shraddha admitted that ' Aashiqui 2 ' is the movie, which gained her much acclaim from the masses and film fraternity. The name, fame and a huge fan base made her bag her next project from Ekta Kapoor . Shraddha has been roped in by Balaji Production head in their next production venture.

As the sources revealed, Shraddha Kapoor will be romancing budding actor Siddharth Malhotra in the forthcoming flick ' Ek Villain '. Siddharth Malhotra won over the hearts of people in his last blockbuster ' Student Of The Year ' by Dharma Productions. The director of ' Aashiqui 2 ', Mohit Suri would be directing this project. Outside the Bhatt camp, this will be Mohit's first movie. A close source confirmed the news saying that Mohit was on a hunt for the female lead for his upcoming film. Shraddha Kapoor was impressed with the script and she instantly gave a nod to the project without a single thought, as Mohit was also the director of her earlier release ' Aashiqui 2 '. It was also not the tough job for Ekta Kapoor to decide about the female lead after seeing Shraddha's popularity after ' Aashiqui 2 '.

After pairing up with Aditya Roy Kapur , it would be great to see Shraddha along with Siddharth Malhotra in ' Ek Villain '.
