Shahid's Dedication Impresses Trainer.

Shahid Kapoor has a well toned body which is a result of nothing else but his dedication. His trainer said, that the actor trains for five days a week, where there are three days of training sessions and two days of functional and metabolic conditioning. He further added that he goes for a 7-10 jog every week.

He also added that he is so much into his training that he cannot spend his day without his workouts, even when he is shooting.

Shahid will now be seen \'Phata Poster Nikhla Hero\' by RajKumar Santoshi, where he will star opposite to Ileana D\'cruz.
