    Actor Shahid Kapoor is gearing up for shooting Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film Padmavati.

    BollywoodMDB has been reporting our readers with all the latest updates regarding Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming magnum opus Padmavati . The movie will feature Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Shahid Kapoor in the lead. Aditi Rao Hydari has also joined the star cast of the film in a key role.

    Shahid Kapoor to resume Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati

    The latest update claims that, actor Shahid Kapoor has completed shooting for Rangoon and will start shooting for Bhansali’s Padmavati . Shahid essays the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh of Mewar.

    In a media interaction, Shahid said, “It’s an amazing experience to work with Mr Bhansali. He is a fantastic filmmaker. I am very excited about the role that he has offered me. It’s really a big film and a really challenging film to do as an actor. That’s what excites me the most.”

    The actor added, “After working with Vishal Bhardwaj, to be working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali… It’s an amazing place to be in. I feel very fortunate as an actor.”
