Shahid Kapoor to commence shooting for 'Rangoon' in December

Vishal Bhardwaj's upcoming film 'Rangoon' is arriving soon and Shahid Kapoor will portray one of the protagonists in this film. His character requires a bearded look, so he has started growing beard now. Reportedly, Shahid Kapoor will commence filming for 'Rangoon' in December. Shahid was asked about his bearded look at a recent event and he told that he is growing it for his next.

Talking about the film 'Rangoon' and his look, Shahid said "I start shooting for 'Rangoon' in December and for that Vishal sir has asked me to grow my beard because there's a potential of using it, so I do whatever he says. I don't discuss much with him because he has always given me a new look and it has always turned out good for me so when he asked me to grow it, I grew it."

Shahid will star opposite Kangana Ranaut in 'Rangoon', which is set against the backdrop of World War II.
